Annual Membership Meeting & Election
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: February 24, 2026
Meeting/Election: April 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM via zoom
At your Annual Membership Meeting on April 1, 2026, you had an election for two directors to your Board of Directors. Out of 20 ballots received, Michael Norton won the first director seat with 9 votes. Javeit “J.T.” Bikul, Liliana Ramos, and Raymond Scippa tied for the second seat on Board with 8 votes each. Joseph Nasharr and Jeffrey Smith each received 3 votes. Subsequently, J.T. Bikul withdrew his candidacy.
The purpose of this special meeting is to hold a run-off election between the two tied candidates: Liliana Ramos and Raymond Scippa.
Run-Off Meeting/Election: May 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by May 13, 2026.
