Annual Membership Meeting & Election

 

SCHEDULE:

This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the recall of one director: Michael Allan.

• Should the recall PASS, we will then be electing ONE (1) director to fill the recalled seat

• Should the recall FAIL to pass, Michael Allan will retain his seat for his originally elected term

​

 

Ballot Package Mailed: August 13, 2026

Meeting/Election: September 16, 2026, at 7:30 PM 

 

*Quorum was not met at the 1st meeting, thus no election

occurred and the meeting has been reconvened.

Reconvened Meeting/Election: September 23, 2026 at 7:30 PM

​​Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by September 22, 2026.
