Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This special election is to approve a special assessment of $192,000, or $3,200 per unit, to fund the various required balcony and elevated surface repairs for the association. An 8-month payment plan is available

Meeting/Election: August 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM via Microsoft Teams

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over Microsoft Teams and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by August 18, 2026.
