This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the recall of director Jacqueline Casarez.

• Should the recall PASS, we will then be electing ONE (1) member to the board of directors

• Should the recall FAIL to pass, Jacqueline Casarez will retain her seat for her originally elected term

Ballot Package Mailed: February 24, 2026

Meeting/Election: April 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM via zoom

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by April 2, 2026.
