Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to approve

a special assessment of $1,177 per unit in total, or $49.04 per unit

monthly for 24 months. This special assessment is to fund

a termite fumigation treatment of the association.

Ballot Package Mailed: January 7, 2026

Meeting/Election: February 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM via zoom

Rescheduled Meeting/Election: March 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM via zoom

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by March 29, 2026.
