Special Membership Meeting & Election

This Special Membership Meeting is for members to vote FOR or AGAINST a Special Assessment to fund the immediate costs

related to the association's Electrical Repair Project. The Special Assessment is for a total amount of $428,588, or $13,393 per Unit.

Ballot Package Mailed: December 1, 2025

Meeting/Election: January 8, 2026 at  5:00 PM via zoom

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote count

over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be received by

the Inspector of Elections by 12:00 NOON on January 8, 2026.
