This Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on two measures:

• the election of THREE (3) directors and

• a Proposed Amendment to your Association’s Bylaws.

All mailed ballots should be received by us by April 28, 2026.

Members may also hand their ballots in person to

the Inspector of Elections before the meeting starts.
