Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to approve a special assessment of $252,000, or $12,000 per unit, for the Association's Balcony & Painting Project, including the required balcony repairs and related work necessary to bring the Association into compliance with state legislation SB 326. For more details, please see the enclosed letter from the Board of Directors. This special assessment can be payable in 3 monthly installments of $4,000.

Ballot Package Mailed: August 28, 2026

Meeting/Election: October 6, 2026, at 5:30 PM via zoom

​Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by October 5, 2026.
