Special Membership Meeting & Election
The Association’s board of directors proposes for Owner approval an amendment to the rental and leasing provisions contained in Section 4.3 of the CC&Rs to establish a limit on the number of units in the Condominium Project that may be rented at any given time (the “Proposed Rental Cap Amendment”). The proposed rental cap is 72 units (29.75 percent of the units in the Condominium Project).
