Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the recall of director Daniel Zakharia.

Should the recall PASS, you will then be electing ONE (1) member (in a Separate Election to follow) to fill the recalled seat.

Should the recall FAIL to pass, the board member will retain their seat for their originally elected term
The Call for Candidates Letter with nomination instructions is enclosed if you are interested in running.
This Special Election for ONE (1) director (to be scheduled for a later date) will take place only if the recall election of director Daniel Zakharia passes and one seat on the board becomes vacant for the remainder of its term.
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: November 10, 2025
Meeting/Election: December 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by December 14, 2025.
