Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This Special Membership Meeting is to vote on the Proposed First Amendment to the Bylaws. The Board has worked closely and spent considerable time with the Association’s attorney in drafting the Proposed First Amendment to the Bylaws. The Board’s goal through this process has been to assure that the Association’s and, significantly, your interests are represented and adequately addressed. Please vote on this important matter.

Ballot Package Mailed: October 2, 2025

Meeting/Election: November 25, 2025, at 4:00 PM

*A vote-counting meeting was originally scheduled for November 25, 2025, but this meeting could not take place as the required number of responses was not received. The meeting has been rescheduled to allow more members to submit their ballots and participate in this important election.

Reconvened Meeting/Election: February 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM via zoom

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by February 23, 2026.
