Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This Special Membership Meeting is for members to vote FOR or AGAINST the Association securing a Loan up to $250,000.00,

funded by a Special Assessment to the community of up to

$20,536.00 per Unit. The Loan shall be used to cover the cost of:

(1) the Association-wide reroofing project; and

(2) the State mandated balcony repairs.

Ballot Package Mailed: December 1, 2025

Meeting/Election: January 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM via zoom

​

*Quorum was not met at the 1st meeting, thus no election

occurred and the meeting has been reconvened.

Reconvened Meeting/Election: January 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM via zoom

Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by January 27, 2026.
