Annual Membership Meeting & Election

Ballot Package Mailed: January 5, 2026

Meeting/Election: February 10, 2026, at 4:30 PM via zoom

*Quorum was not met at the previous two meetings on Feb 10th and Mar 9th, thus no election occurred and the meeting has been reconvened.

Reconvened Meeting/Election: May 12, 2026 at 4:30 PM via zoom

Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by May 11, 2026.
