Annual Membership Meeting & Election

 

There are TWO (2) separate elections with their own separate ballots taking place at the same time. They are for:

• the Board of Directors

• a Special Assessment

. Please keep ballots separate and return them in their distinct return envelopes. Do not send ballots together in the same return envelope.

Board of Directors Ballot Package Mailed: June 8, 2026

Special Election Ballot Package Mailed: June 9, 2026

 

Meeting/Election: July 14, 2026, at 2:30 PM via zoom

Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by July 13, 2026.
