There are TWO separate elections actively taking place, each with its own separate ballot and return envelopes. Please do not combine ballots in the same envelope. Keep them separate and be sure to provide your signature.

A) Proposed CC&R Amendments - vote on amendments to your CC&Rs to prohibit short-term rentals

B) Annual Board of Directors Elections - vote for 2 directors to your Board of Directors

COMBINED Meeting/Election: September 22, 2026, at 6:30 PM

Location: Brea Civic Center - 1 Civic Center Circle

Ballots may be mailed in or submitted to the Inspector of Elections

at the meeting. ALL ballots must be received prior to the start

of the Membership Meeting, at which time the polls will close.
