Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the recall of the entire Board of Directors.

Should the recall PASS, we will then be electing FIVE (5) members to the board of directors

Should the recall FAIL to pass, we will still be electing THREE (3) members to the Board of Directors per your scheduled annual election: two (2) to serve full two-year terms (expiring 2028) and one (1) to serve the remainder of a term expiring in 2027
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: June 24, 2026
Meeting/Election: July 28, 2026, at 6:00 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by July 27, 2026.
If you do not have the ability to access zoom, the following physical location
will be available with a device to access the zoom meeting:
