Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

Due to low participation and invalid ballots returned in the previous election,

the Association is sending the proposed CC&R Amendment out for a

second round of voting. The options have not changed and ALL owners,

including those that voted previously, must cast a new ballot.

The proposed CC&Rs Amendment clarifies the definition of

Common Area and makes clear that the carports are not included.

SCHEDULE:

Ballot Package Mailed: October 17, 2025

Meeting/Election: November 20, 2025 at 6:00 PM via zoom

Rescheduled Meeting/Election: January 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM via zoom

Rescheduled Meeting/Election: February 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM via zoom

Rescheduled Meeting/Election: March 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM via zoom

Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by March 8, 2026.
