Annual Membership Meeting & Election

 

SCHEDULE:

Ballot Package Mailed: September , 2026

Meeting/Election: October , 2026, at  PM via zoom

*Quorum was not met at the 1st meeting, thus no election

occurred and the meeting has been reconvened.

​

Reconvened Meeting/Election: October 22, 2026 at 6:30 PM via zoom

​​​​

​​

Ballots may be mailed in or submitted to the Inspector of Elections

at the meeting. ALL ballots must be received prior to the start

of the Membership Meeting, at which time the polls will close.

​

Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by October , 2026.
