Kevin Langley opened the Langley Insurance Agency in 2008 to serve the insurance needs of California home and condominium associations. Prior to opening his agency, Kevin was a Project Manager for a national, publicly traded homebuilder.

 

During this time Kevin formed many HOAs and was involved in all aspects of getting an association approved through California's various regulatory bodies, and then serving on each board through the turnover to the future homeowners.  This experience provides us with a unique understanding of the complexities of homeowner’s associations.

 

We strive to provide not just excellent coverage and superior service, but to educate our board member and management clients on their insurance purchases; to assure that all decisions are well informed and compliant with California Civil Code as well as all Federal Housing Authority requirements.

 

Since its opening the Langley Insurance Agency has outgrown two offices, and in June 2015 we moved into our current location at 26212 Dimension Drive in Lake Forest, CA.
