Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the recall of one director: Christopher Drake.

• Should the recall PASS, we will then be electing ONE (1) director to fill the recalled seat

• Should the recall FAIL to pass, Christopher Drake will retain his seat for his originally elected term

Meeting/Election: September 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM via zoom

*Quorum was not met at the 1st meeting, thus no election

occurred and the meeting has been reconvened.

Reconvened Meeting/Election: September 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM via zoom

​Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by September 20, 2026.
