Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members
to approve the following two measures:
Measure 1: Approval of a special assessment of $24,777.34
per unit to fund maintenance and repair of decks, landings,
walkways and stairs within the development
Measure 2: Approval for the Board to secure a loan to give members the option to pay their special assessment in Measure 1 (above, if approved)

Meeting/Election: May 28, 2025 at 6:30 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be received
by the Inspector of Elections by 12:00 PM on May 28, 2025.
