Special Membership Meeting & Election

This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the recall of the entire board of directors.

• Should the recall FAIL to pass, each board member will retain their seats for their originally elected terms

• Should the recall PASS, we will then hold a subsequent election on November 20, 2024 to elect new directors to the board.

Recall Call for Candidates Letter Mailed: August 7, 2024

Nomination Period Closed: September 8

Notice of Meeting and Candidates Mailed: September 13 

Recall Ballots Mailed: September 13

Meeting/Election to Vote on the Recall Only: October 15, 2024 at 5:00 PM via zoom
