This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote

on the recall of the entire board of directors.

• Should the recall PASS, we will then be electing FIVE (5) members to the board of directors.

• Should the recall FAIL to pass, we will still be electing FIVE (5) members to the board of directors per your scheduled annual elections

Call for Candidates Letter Mailed: May 6, 2024

Nomination Period Closed: June 9

Notice of Meeting and Candidates Mailed: July 9

Ballots Mailed: August 16

Meeting/Election: September 20, 2024 at 4:00 PM via zoom
