Special Membership Meeting & Election
This special meeting and election to to vote on the Proposed Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (“CC&Rs”) and Proposed Amendment to the Bylaws for the Association.
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: February 24, 2026
Meeting/Election: April 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM via zoom
*Quorum was not met at the 1st meeting, thus no election
occurred and the meeting has been reconvened.
Reconvened Meeting/Election: June 17 at 11:00 AM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by June 16, 2026.
