special assessment of $9,342.31 per unit to fund asphalt repairs
in the community and replenish the association’s reserve fund.

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote count over zoom
and will NOT be present in person. Ballots will NOT be accepted at the
meeting and should be received by us by 5:00 PM on May 22, 2025.
Members should allow ample time for mailing ballots to us.
