Annual Membership Meeting & Election

 

IMPORTANT UPDATE

The previous ballot with cumulative voting (sent to you in November) is

invalid and will not be counted. If you sent in the previous ballot, please

vote again with this new ballot. Only this new ballot with “non-cumulative

voting” in red will be counted. We encourage all members to submit this

new ballot, so you can meet quorum in order for the election to take place. Please also note the NEW DATE & TIME for the meeting in January 2026.

Ballot Package #1 Mailed: November 8, 2025

Meeting/Election: December 11, 2025 at 6:15 PM via Google Meet

Rescheduled Meeting/Election:

January 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM 

​​

​

*Quorum was not met at the 1st meeting on January 15th,

thus no election occurred and the meeting has been reconvened.

Reconvened Meeting/Election: February 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM 

*Members may attend In Person or via Google Meet

Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by February 11, 2026.
