SCHEDULE:

Call for Candidates Letter Mailed: May 20, 2024

Nomination Period Closed: August 18

Notice of Meeting and Candidates Mailed: August 19 

Ballots Mailed: September 26

 

Meeting/Election: November 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM

(Sign-in will begin at 9:45 AM. Polls will close at 10:15 AM)

 

Location: The Clubhouse (Party Room)

You may vote at the meeting in person or vote by mail.

All ballots must be received by the Inspector of Elections

no later than 10:15 AM Saturday, November 9, 2024.

You are encouraged to mail in your ballot now

even if you plan to attend the meeting.

Please return your ballot so that we can meet quorum!

 

If you have multiple units, please fill out a ballot for each unit

and mail separately or bring to the meeting before 10:15 AM.​
