Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to approve
a special assessment of $3,500 per unit to resolve outstanding
financial obligations and rebuild a modest reserve fund for the
association. More information about this special assessment can
be found in the enclosed letter from the Board of Directors.

Meeting/Election: March 24, 2026, at 5:45 PM via Microsoft Teams
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over Microsoft Teams and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by March 23, 2026.
