Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the recall of the entire board of directors.

Should the recall PASS, we will then be electing FIVE (5) members to the board of directors

Should the recall FAIL to pass, each board member will retain their seats for their originally elected terms
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: November 21, 2025
Meeting/Election: January 20, 2026 at 5:30 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by January 19, 2026.
