Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to reverse recent changes to the operating rules, specifically the Parking and Vehicle Guidelines, which were adopted by the Board of Directors on April 17, 2025. More information about this measure can be found in the enclosed letter from your legal counsel, Delphi Law Group. A copy of the Parking and Vehicle Guidelines in question is also included for your reference.

Please note:
Members may attend the meeting in person
at the Association Clubhouse or via zoom.
The Inspector of Elections will count ballots in person at the meeting.
Members may submit ballots to the Inspector before the meeting begins at
1:00 PM, at which time the polls will close and no more ballots will be accepted.
Otherwise, mailed ballots must be received by us by July 31, 2025.
