Annual Membership Meeting & Election

Ballot Package Mailed: October 20, 2025

Meeting/Election: November 25, 2025 at 6:00 PM via zoom

*Quorum was not met at the 1st meeting, thus no election

occurred and the meeting has been reconvened.

​

Reconvened Meeting/Election: December 3, 2025 at 6:00 PM IN PERSON

Location: The Clubhouse

​

Members may arrive early to turn in their completed ballots to the Inspector of Elections PRIOR TO the start of the meeting. Extra ballots will be available for members to vote if they've not yet voted or misplaced their ballots. All voting must be done prior to the start of the meeting. Please bring photo ID for member verification.
