This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to approve a special assessment of $3,231.81 per unit to cover termite, fungus, dry rot, structural damage and wood repairs.

Meeting/Election: March 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM via zoom

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by March 8, 2026.
