The Board of Directors submits this Special Assessment
for approval by its members. This Special
Assessment is in the total amount of
Four Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($405,000.00)
to pay for painting, stairwell repairs, plumbing repairs, gate
repairs, spa repairs, storage repairs, upgrades forfire system,
rodent mitigation, and shortfalls in reserve funding.
