Special Membership Meeting & Election
PURPOSE OF THE BALLOT:
To have the homeowners vote on a special assessment in an amount not to exceed $170 per Unit for a term of ten years, for the purpose of obtaining a bank loan in the amount of $300,000. The purpose of the loan is to fund the repair of the second story decks, replacement of the roof, and repair of balconies, all of which are necessary for the maintenance, protection and improvement of the Property, and the health, safety and welfare of individuals residing within the Property.
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: August 11, 2026
Meeting/Election: September 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by September 13, 2026.
If you do not have the ability to access zoom, the following physical location
