Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to approve two measures:
-
a ONE-TIME special assessment of $1,000.00 per unit, and
-
a $150 increase in regular monthly assessments (also known as monthly dues) for a total of $300/month in regular monthly assessments.
The purpose of these two measures is to help bring the association’s income
in line with current expenses and begin rebuilding the association’s
reserve fund. More information about the two measures can be found
in the enclosed letter from the Board of Directors.
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: February 20, 2026
Meeting/Election: March 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by March 22, 2026.
