Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the approval of a Special Assessment of $5,062.50 per unit for roof reconstruction. The proposal is for First Street Homeowners Association, Inc. and the homeowner to each pay half of this fee per unit.

SCHEDULE:

Notice of Special Assessment Mailed: September 27, 2023

Ballots Mailed: January 5, 2024

Meeting/Election: February 8, 2024 at 6:00 PM via zoom

* Quorum not met so ballots could not be counted.

* Meeting is reconvened in two weeks to allow more members to vote.

Reconvened Meeting: February 22, 2024 at 6:00 PM via zoom

 

Pursuant to CA Civil Code 5120, members are welcome

to attend the physical office of The HOA Election Guys

(17 Spectrum Pointe Suite 504, Lake Forest, CA 92630)

to witness the counting and tabulation of the votes.

*If you plan to attend this meeting at our office, please call or email us

to confirm attendance at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that we

can plan accordingly. If we are not notified of your planned attendance,

we reserve the right to conduct this vote counting at an alternative location.
