Annual Membership Meeting & Election
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: January 26, 2026
Meeting/Election: February 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM via zoom
In addition to voting for directors to the association board, members are also asked to vote FOR or AGAINST an increase of $65/month in regular monthly assessments, for a total of $539/month in regular monthly assessments (also known as monthly dues). If approved, the increase will go into effect starting with the April 2026 dues payment, which is due April 1, 2026.
The increase is sought to pay for the increase in Fieldstone’s insurance cost, which went from $62,000 to $137,000 in 2026. Fieldstone’s monthly dues increase in January 2026 was not large enough to cover the amount of the insurance increase but was the maximum allowable under the Board’s authority. This is why an additional increase of $65/month is being
put to a vote of the homeowners on this ballot.
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by February 27, 2026.
