1) The Annual Membership Meeting to elect Directors to the Board
2) A Special Membership Meeting to approve First Amendments to
the Bylaws and CC&Rs

Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by January 14, 2026.
