Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to approve
a special assessment of $283,094.61, or $40,557.60 per unit,
to fund construction work for the association. More information can
be found in the enclosed Project Notice and Project Budget.

Ballot Package Mailed: March 18, 2026
Meeting/Election: April 23, 2026, at 5:30 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by April 22, 2026.
