Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This Special Membership Meeting is to seek the membership approval

for a proposed Special Assessment in the total (collective) amount of $1,549,585 allocated equally among the Units, which is necessary

to fund the Roofing Project, and a proposed loan.

Ballot Package Mailed: October 10, 2025

Meeting/Election: November 10, 2025 at 6:00 PM via zoom

Rescheduled Meeting/Election: TBA

To allow residents additional time to participate, the Board of Directors has extended the ballot deadline. Ballots must now be received by the Inspector of Elections no later than Monday, November 24, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon).​​​​​​​​​

Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote count

over zoom and will NOT be present in person.  Ballots will not be

accepted at the meeting and should be received by the

Inspector of Elections by 12:00 Noon on November 24, 2025.
