Call for Candidates Letter Mailed: March 23, 2023

Nomination Period Closed: April 23, 2023

Notice of Meeting and Candidates mailed: April 24, 2023 

Ballots mailed: June 2, 2023

At the July 12th meeting, 230 ballots were received and quorum was not obtained.  The members present voted to reconvene the meeting to August 9th. 

 

On August 9th it was announced that 250 ballots had been received  (quorum required 347) and the members reconvened the meeting again to September 7 at 5:30 via zoom.
