Special Membership Meeting & Election
The purpose of this Ballot is to vote to authorize the Association’s Board of Directors (“Board”) to:
1. Obtain a loan in the amount of $2,600,000.00 (“Loan”), and
2. Levy two (2) special assessments, one in the amount of $100,000.00, and one in the amount of $2,600,000.00 (collectively, “Special Assessment”).
PURPOSE FOR THE PROPOSED LOAN AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENT:
To fund the Association’s roof repair and/or replacement
SCHEDULE:
Ballot Package Mailed: April 30 , 2026
Meeting/Election: June 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM via Google Meet
*Quorum was not met at the previous meetings, thus no election
occurred and the meeting has been rescheduled.
Rescheduled Meeting/Election: June 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) via Google Meet

Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over Google Meet and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by June 24, 2026.
