Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to approve a Special Assessment of $1,575 per unit to replenish the reserve fund to support anticipated work projects for the association. More information can be found in the enclosed Board of Directors Letter dated July 20, 2026. An option to make payments in installments is available to all members.

Meeting/Election: September 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by September 2, 2026.
