Special Membership Meeting & Election

A Special Membership Meeting will be held for the membership to vote APPROVAL or DISAPPROVAL on this recall of director, Tremayne Noles.

 

In the event Mr. Noles is recalled, and regardless of the result of this recall vote, the Association will subsequently be holding an Annual Membership Meeting and Board of Directors Election on July 6, 2026. More information for this annual meeting will be forthcoming.

This meeting is solely for the RECALL ELECTION.

Ballot Package Mailed: March 27, 2026

Meeting/Election: April 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM via zoom

Please Note:

The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote

count over zoom and will NOT be present in person. 

Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be

received by the Inspector of Elections by April 28, 2026.
