Special Membership Meeting & Election
This Special Meeting of the Members is being held to vote on the individual recalls of Directors Wayne Chen, Tony Jalali, and John Stephens.

Should any of the recalls PASS, you will then be electing ONE (1), TWO (2), or THREE (3) members (in a separate election to follow) to fill the recalled seat(s). The Call for Candidates Letter with nomination instructions is enclosed if you are interested in running.

Should any of the recalls FAIL to pass, the board member will retain their seat for their originally elected term

Ballot Package Mailed: December 8, 2025
Meeting/Election: January 13, 2026 at 4:30 PM via zoom
Please Note:
The Inspector of Elections will be conducting the vote
count over zoom and will NOT be present in person.
Ballots will not be accepted at the meeting and should be
received by the Inspector of Elections by January 12, 2026.
