Special Membership Meeting & Election

 

This Meeting is being held for a vote of the members to approve a

special assessment of $50,000 total to fund a pool conversion project for the association. Each unit is responsible for a share of the assessment charge, which is detailed in the enclosed chart. If this assessment is approved, the full amount for each unit is due in full on August 1, 2025. Members also have the option to pay their share in installments of two equal payments due on August 1, 2025, and September 1, 2025.
